I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and well-appointed, but the noisy heating unit was a bit bothersome. The location was good despite not being very close to the airport and Turin, located in the new light commercial area of town, though guests could be disturbed by airport noise. The dining could have been better, as there were not many options despite being busy. The facilities were excellent.

The service was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond, even booking our dinner at a local restaurant when the hotel's dining was closed. The location, just 10 minutes from the airport and near major highways, was very convenient. The only minor issue was being occasionally disturbed by airport noise. The dining experience was really nice, especially with the delicious vegetarian couscous. The facilities were excellent, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The hotel had spacious rooms without a balcony but provided tea/coffee making facilities. It was entertaining to figure out all the lights, TV, and radio in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the big terrace was a nice bonus. The breakfast was good with excellent coffee and the room size was perfect for our group.
